Purpose
These terms govern the use of MarginWard, a margin-analytics tool that joins your language-model costs with your Stripe revenue.
Service description
The service reads your data read-only and estimates a per-customer margin. It is a decision-support tool: the figures shown are not an accounting record and may include approximations (exchange rates, models with no known price).
Account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials confidential.
Subscriptions and payment
The service offers a free plan and paid plans (Starter, Growth). Prices are shown on the home page. As an auto-entrepreneur, the publisher does not charge VAT (article 293 B of the French Tax Code).
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe and renew automatically. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, with no pro-rata refund.
Your obligations
You agree to use the service lawfully and to process, through the service, only data for which you have a legal basis.
Availability and liability
The service is provided “as is”, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for business decisions made on the basis of the indicators provided.
Data and ownership
You remain the owner of your data. The publisher retains ownership of the software and brand.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable resolution, the French courts have jurisdiction.
